Made from Cordura® denim in a slim fit, these jeans are built for riders who want style without compromising on safety. They’re double-layered, double-stitched, and feature stretch panels at the back and knees, ensuring flexibility and comfort on every ride.
What sets the Karl Devil AAA apart from the original is its Balistex inner liner in high-risk areas, replacing Kevlar. This lightweight yet incredibly strong material is 15 times stronger than steel while still being breathable and heat-dissipating, earning the jeans an AAA+ safety rating under EN 17092-2:2020 standards.
Woven into the Cordura® fabric is Coolmax® technology, which helps regulate temperature, keeping you cool and comfortable even in warm weather.
Beyond the advanced materials, the Karl Devil AAA jeans come equipped with CE-certified knee and hip armor, fitted into discreet, custom-sized pockets. The knee armor is accessible from the outside, making adjustments quick and easy.
