Shell Construction
The outer shell is built using Schuberth's proprietary Direct Fiber Processing method. A continuous strand of glass yarn is robotically precision-cut and blown into position in the mould, then compressed under high pressure with an exacting amount of resin and heat. The result is a shell of exceptional strength with no unnecessary material anywhere.

SC2 Communication System

Impact Liner
The EPS foam impact liner uses a sectional multi-part design to ensure maximum shock absorption across a wide range of impact scenarios. Complex segmentation guarantees enhanced force distribution throughout the liner.

Ventilation
An intricately designed multi-channel ventilation system inside the shell delivers extraordinarily quiet and substantial airflow. Forehead and chin inlets keep you cool on long rides in any conditions.
